Our group’s management philosophy is to “create products that delight our customers and contribute to society.” In this period of transformation within the automotive industry, we have formulated VISION 2030, which defines the future direction of our group as “a company that swiftly creates value suited to the times.” The three-year period from fiscal 2025 through 2027 marks the second phase of VISION 2030.

The automotive and construction machinery industries to which our group belongs are expected to see growth driven primarily by a shift towards electric vehicles (EVs) and hybrid vehicles, reflecting technological innovation and increasing environmental concerns.
Furthermore, commercial vehicles are required not only to ensure transportation safety but also to improve efficiency while minimizing environmental impact.

In this context, our group has established three basic policies for the new medium-term management plan from fiscal 2025 to 2027: “Strengthening core technologies and products,” “Transforming the business foundation,” and “Challenging new areas.” Under the slogan “We Are One TBK,” all members of our group will work together to realize these initiatives for sustainable value creation.
