Working Hours Head Office: 8:15–17:15 (flex-time; core hours 10:00–15:00)
Fukushima & Tsuruoka Plants: 8:15–17:10
Holidays & Leave Saturdays and Sundays off (per company calendar), year-end/New Year holidays, summer break, Golden Week, paid annual leave, bereavement leave, and special leave.
Total annual holidays: 121 days.
