Self-Study (e-Learning) | We open approximately 220 self-study courses once a year, providing opportunities for self-development—both jobrelated knowledge and personally chosen topics—to enhance professional capability and quality of life. | |
Certification Support | We support the acquisition of company-approved certifications, including preparation and study assistance for specialized knowledge. | |
Manufacturing Education | Internal and external training that covers equipment operation and other manufacturing skills to drive continuous up skilling. | |
Language Training | English Training | In partnership with language schools, we dispatch native-speaking instructors to headquarters and domestic production sites for group sessions. |
