Second-Year Training Classroom sessions designed for employees in their second year, focusing on further workflow efficiency and building mentoring/communication skills.
Management Training We offer programs tailored to each management tier, including New Manager Training, Section Manager Training, and Executive & Division Head Training.
Mentor–Mentee Program Each new graduate is paired with a mentor who provides confidential support—helping to address concerns about work and workplace relationships and offering mental-wellbeing guidance.
Self-Study (e-Learning) We open approximately 220 self-study courses once a year, providing opportunities for self-development—both jobrelated knowledge and personally chosen topics—to enhance professional capability and quality of life.
Certification Support We support the acquisition of company-approved certifications, including preparation and study assistance for specialized knowledge.
Manufacturing Education Internal and external training that covers equipment operation and other manufacturing skills to drive continuous up skilling.
Language Training English Training In partnership with language schools, we dispatch native-speaking instructors to headquarters and domestic production sites for group sessions.
Japanese Training Individual Japanese-language instruction primarily for employees who are not native speakers of Japanese.
Global Immersion Program To foster multi-perspective thinking and a global mindset,selected early-career talents are assigned for approximately 3 months to 1 year to group locations or partner companies overseas.
